Damages/issues

Each piece is shipped with very careful, sustainable packaging. However, if you receive your piece and it is damaged or faulty- please email a photo to and we will organise a new item to be sent, a refund or I may be able to re-make the piece for you.

How do I care for my piece?

All pieces are fragile and delicate so please handle with care.

For glazed/glossy pieces- cups, vases, mugs, dinnerware etc

• Items can be hand washed or dish washed.
• They are microwave friendly
• They are food safe
